Cedar Hills Kids Market 2026

Market day
September 22, 2026
Hours
10 AM to 1 PM
Location
Heritage Park, 4425 W Cedar Hills Dr
Booth spaces
40 booths, up to 3 kids each

This must be your child's primary residence in Cedar Hills.

How registration works

  1. Register your booth

One application covers your household's booth and up to 3 kids. The first 40 households get a reserved space; everyone after joins an ordered backup list.

  2. Upload your address document

We ask for one document that shows your name at your home address, such as a utility bill or a lease. Nothing is mailed to you, so there is no postcard to wait for.

  3. We check it and confirm your booth

Upload it from your dashboard within 7 days of your booth space being reserved, and a coordinator reviews it, usually within 2 business days. If we need to look at your address first, the window starts when that review is finished and we email you the date. Miss the deadline and the space passes to the next family in line.

Who can register

This must be your child's primary residence in Cedar Hills.

Registration is open to Cedar Hills residents first. An address outside Cedar Hills can still register, but it joins the waiting list and is only offered a booth if one is left once every Cedar Hills household has been placed. The market is open to Cedar Hills residents ages 5 to 17. Registration covers one booth per household, and up to three children can share a booth. Friends who want to share a booth register together.

How we check your address

After you register, we mail a postcard with a verification code to your Cedar Hills address. Enter the code on your dashboard within 14 days of mailing and your booth is confirmed. The postcard is how we keep the market local, so no documents to upload and nothing to photocopy.

Questions families ask

When does the postcard arrive?

Most postcards arrive 3 to 7 days after we mail them. Your verification deadline starts the day the postcard is mailed, not the day you registered, and we email you the exact date.

What if my postcard never shows up?

You can request one replacement postcard from your dashboard after 5 days. The replacement comes with a fresh code and a fresh deadline. If that one goes missing too, contact the coordinator.

Can my kids share a booth with friends?

Yes, sharing is encouraged. Up to three children can work one booth. Each household registers its own kids, so every child is covered by their own parent's registration.

What does the backup list mean?

The market has 40 booth spaces. Once they fill, new registrations join an ordered backup list. If a space opens, the next family in line is moved up automatically and gets the full verification window.

Do we need a food handler's permit?

No permit is needed for the kids market, but food booths must follow the market rules: no meat products, clean prep, and a hand-washing plan. Read the rules before you plan a menu.

Is there electricity at the park?

No. The venue has no power hookups. Small generators are welcome and must sit behind your booth.

On market day

Check in at the pavilion table starting at 9:15 AM. Booth spots are marked with chalk. Bring your own table, chairs, and shade. The market opens at 10:00 sharp and wraps at 1:00.
