Market rules and regulations

Version 1, published August 5, 2026. Every application records the rules version it agreed to.

1. The market is run by the youth. Parents may help prepare beforehand and help set up the booth, but the youth are the sellers.
2. Parents are not to answer questions about products, take money, make change, or watch the booth while their youth shops.
3. Vendors selling food may not sell items containing meat. All food must be prepared with clean hands in clean spaces.
4. The venue provides no electrical power. Generators are allowed and must be placed behind booths.
5. Booths must be staffed from opening to closing. Please arrive 45 minutes early to set up.
6. One booth per household. Friends may share a booth; every participating child must be registered.
7. The market runs rain or shine unless the city announces a weather cancellation by 7:00 AM on event day.
